The Mother of The Slow Food Movement

I'm a HUGE Alice Water's fan. I found this interview/segment from 60 Minutes that aired in March. I wish I could hang out in her kitchen and eat from her gardens! Although I have never been able to taste her food first hand, my family did get to dine at Chez Panisse some years ago. They, of course, had an awesome experience. With this warm weather today, its making me excited for the openings of the local farmer's markets around here...
