Happy Valentine's Day - Meringues

Using the Queen of the Domesticity's (aka the honorable Martha Stewart) recipe, I made Peppermint Meringues for Valentine's Day last year. I made the recipe to spec. Although, I decided to dye them a light pink and to skip the striping that was recommended. Everyone thought they were great!
This year, I'm not sure if I'm going to make anyone anything... I need to think about it.
