Herb and Dorothy Vogel - Art Collectors

Herb & Dorothy, a film by Megumi Sasaki, follows the story of a couple that started collecting art in the 1960's. On a working class salary, they amassed one of the largest collections of Contemporary Art in the world. Instead of selling their collection for profit, they donated the art to museums. Not only is their story inspiring on many levels, but it is unbelievable that these humble people have had such an effect on contemporary art. Vogels - you rock.
